Staff really incompetent, patrolling the elevators scrolling on their phones and not trying to help. Got told that they don’t have umbrellas even though 2 minutes later they said that it's not even close to occupied, we had to ask a second time just so that they went and actually got umbrellas

the hotel is perfect, spacious room, large and beautiful bathroom, everything very clean, comfortable bed, we felt at home, great service, wonderful food, super well located on a famous street in the city where you can see the famous Chengdu towers illuminated at night, street full of shops and restaurants, the whole team speaks English, too cute, we simply loved it, I recommend!
