Great location, amazing staff, very complete and in good condition facilities. Well-equipped common area, large and well-maintained pool. Only observations: the TV is not smart, the shower sometimes ran out of water, but after some time it normalized, and the ad states that it is an exclusively adult hotel but, if it is a deciding factor (as it is for us), it did not happen that way, as there were children staying during our time there. I don't know if there has been a change in the hotel's policy regarding this, but if so, it should be updated in the ads, as it can be an important factor when booking. Anyway, highly recommended hotel.

Overall clean, but the shower water was quite weak so it was almost unusable. The hotel is right in the middle of Sanur's main street, making it convenient to go anywhere.

A very quiet villa just off the main street. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and plenty of restaurants nearby, so the location is very good. The pool, cafe (the pancakes here are the best!), and staff are friendly. It's understandable that the building is old, but the safety box door was too stiff to use, the drainage in the sink was poor (which was still tolerable), and the bath mat that was replaced was as worn out as the previous one. The first floor smelled slightly of mold, so I plan to stay on the second floor next time, but I hope the bath mat and drainage are properly taken care of. It was very disappointing given how pleasant everything else was.

Loved the location, the rooms were so spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bath had a shower in it which was hard to get in and out of - could be difficult for older people less stable. The washing machine was a bonus, self-contained kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, clean cooking utensils, and a water filter. Loved walking through the entrance and over the stepping stone pond with koi fish on the ground floor to the entrance. The staff was very helpful. We left our power charger behind and they arranged to send it to our next location via gojek. They went above and beyond. Thank you, Sandi and staff. The pool was awesome too. We will be back.
