Breakfast closing at 9 is madness, people crowded to try to have it by that time. I was on the sixth floor and still had a noisy room. Poor quality sofa bed.

Natalie alla reception è stata molto disponibile e Michael, il vice direttore, ha spiegato tutto su cosa fare a Boston. Michael era molto attento, cortese, gentile, paziente e professionale. Le camere sono molto pulite e abbastanza grandi. La camera aveva tutti i comfort necessari per preparare il proprio pasto come pentole, cucchiai, piatti, fornelli, ecc. La camera aveva una TV a schermo LCD molto grande. C'è il ferro da stiro per stirare i vestiti, appendini, tavolo da stiro, un frigorifero congelatore molto grande e alto, sapone per lavare i piatti e sapone per il bagno, shampoo e crema idratante. Avevamo asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni. Le camere vengono pulite tutti i giorni. Tutto il personale è stato molto disponibile e professionale. C'è un porto vicino per crociere verso altri paesi come il Canada. L'hotel dista un miglio e mezzo dal centro della città. A Boston c'è molto da fare, tra cui una crociera di 4 ore per vedere le balene, il percorso della libertà, i tour in duck e ha tanta storia, ecc. Ho amato ogni momento qui.
