The lack of luggage storage, and the first day they did not make our bed, but that was just a detail

No reception. No wardrobe. No catering. Although a lake view, to look out of the window, you had to climb onto the bed. No spa. The description of steam bath, sauna, and gym is misleading. There is no steam bath, and there is only an infrared sauna and partially defective fitness equipment stuffed into the boiler room.
