Das Hotel liegt hervorragend und ist leicht zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und höflich, die Tiefgarage ist kostenlos und sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück ist gut, obwohl der Bereich dafür recht klein ist.
Das Hotel liegt hervorragend und ist leicht zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und höflich, die Tiefgarage ist kostenlos und sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück ist gut, obwohl der Bereich dafür recht klein ist.
Das Einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, waren die Betten und die Bettwäsche. Die Decke war sehr klein, nicht genug, um dich zu bedecken. Die Bettwäsche und die Kissen sind offensichtlich aus einem synthetischen Material hergestellt, sodass ich trotz der kühlen Nacht aufwachte und schwitzte.

I booked a room with a 'balcony' because we like to use a balcony. However, the 'balcony' was just a glass door with 20 cm of concrete in front of it, and it faced an enclosed courtyard of the hotel. It is therefore not usable as a balcony, but just a window. This is called a 'French balcony' and should be named as such in the description or better not at all, because it is the room window.
We had a beautiful room with a balcony facing the back street. The room was very tastefully decorated. The staff throughout the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was at an excellent level. The room cleaning was always very thorough and tidy.

When I book a balcony, I expect there to be seating available, furthermore, with some green plants, the view of the roof of the neighboring house could have been made more pleasant.
Excellent location on the river and close to all other areas of interest plus plenty of restaurants. The hotel is very clean and staff friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
