Bugs everywhere. But I have a gecko in my room so it’s better as it eats other bugs. But ants and bugs are everywhere and other guests also complained. The room furniture is also broken and people come in to fix it in the middle of your stay.

It’s ok. My room didn’t have any soap or shampoo in the bottles. The rooms are clean. The water is hot. The bed was comfortable but overall, very average. Just fine. Not bad. Not great.

Excellent service from the staff. Communication was easy, they speak English. The room was comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Close to the Mekong River, the night market, and several temples which makes getting around easy.

A modern hotel with clean facilities. The staff was friendly and the currency exchange service provided by the hotel was helpful. It is located at the beginning of the tourist street, about a 15-minute walk to the center. Recommended if you are looking for quiet and modern accommodation.

Everything was nice and clean, however, an elevator would have been nice. My room was on the third floor and I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. Breakfast was limited but wasn't bad. Would recommend.
