Incredibly central location, close to everything in the whole city. Incredibly many cozy restaurants and cafes nearby and a maximum of 10 minutes walk over the bridge to the city center to all sights. Smooth check-in and check-out. Clean rooms. Affordable.

The traffic noise was a bit too much at night but we survived it. Somewhat weak AC... we visited Florence during a heatwave so it would have been good to have AC with a bit more pressure. Otherwise, nothing was bad!

The only thing in favor of this property is its location.

It had a bed bug infestation. When I told the staff, they tried to convince me it was mosquito bites and I should have told them on day one. When we had to move to other accommodation, they only refunded one night. Please, please tell them if you even have one bite! No one else should go through the pain of bed bug bites. We may have to get rid of our clothes and belongings so we won't bring bugs home with us.
