Very good and central location, ideal for a city trip. Many sights, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are within walking distance. The hotel is modern, and our Penthouse Suite Signature was generally well-equipped. However, there were several points that did not fit a four-star hotel for us. The cleanliness was poor: the bathtub was streaky, there was still laundry from a previous guest in the closet, and there was clearly dust on various surfaces. The service also seemed rather distant and unfriendly. Cleaning instructions were noted, but no accommodation or room change was offered. The air conditioning or ventilation could not be completely turned off despite the control panel being off. It continued to make noise at night and blew cold air into the room constantly. Although we reported this, the issue was not resolved during our four-day stay. The breakfast was very limited for a four-star hotel and almost identical every day. The fruit selection was very poor, there was no fresh scrambled eggs, and there was a lack of variety in yogurt and cereal. The only positive aspect was the good selection of coffee specialties. We also expected more service at the bar. Even with few guests, you had to actively call the bartender to place an order. The TV offering was also very limited: 13 channels, of which only about ten worked, none in German. Not a crucial point, but still somewhat sparse for a Penthouse Suite. Overall: good location and modern hotel, but there is significant room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, service, breakfast, and comfort. Therefore, 3 out of 5 stars for us.

Hotel in an excellent location, great for walking around the city and easy access to transportation. Very good and varied breakfast, comfortable room, well-equipped and clean. Quiet. Well-equipped with a minibar, coffee maker, and good amenities.
