The hotel and its magnificent location, but its management is deplorable!
The hotel and its magnificent location, but its management is deplorable!
Deplorable management; a strong feeling of being a lemon that must be squeezed before leaving! .. dining + bar + reception (except for the receptionist Marta) + equipment available to customers in poor condition (snorkel without the mask, bike dating back to the time of the Mayans, etc.) .. tips requested .. etc. .. errors in the bills .. What a difference with the reception and services of the various establishments in the city; not at all reflecting the wonderful Mexican people! .. Mexico, yes; but not in this hotel!
Everything very comfortable

Should also have dinners
We stayed as a family of 4 in the bungalow and it was great. The location facing the sea is exceptional. The hotel is also very close to the Tulum ruins, easily accessible on foot from the beach or the road. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

The bedding is not very good. The beaches were particularly invaded by sargassum this summer 2026 and unfortunately we could not enjoy the sea. We made good use of the pool instead.
Breakfast starts at 9 and there is no option for a lunch package if you need to leave early for excursions...
Great location, wonderful rooms, sensational nature, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast

Due to National Park regulations, the restaurant unfortunately only opens until 5:00 pm, so you have to find something else for dinner. Furthermore, the really extreme amounts of seaweed completely restrict the usability of the beach, even though numerous people try to reduce the seaweed masses every day. The hotel is not responsible for this, and there is probably no seaweed during the high season. It's best to check the seaweed monitor on the internet beforehand to see if you can enjoy the beach there. Without seaweed, it's truly a dream beach.

The room door was rusty and the key was super difficult to enter, so it was a pain to open it every time
