The main downside was the noise from the rooftop, which was right above us. The music was very loud every day, and the sound echoed into the room quite a bit, especially at night.

Our power went out so I booked a hotel close to work. The power ended up being restored earlier than expected, so I canceled the reservation. Only to find two charges on my credit card. The full charge and an additional $100.00 charge. When I called the property to get it fixed, I was told to reach out to Booking because they didn't notify the hotel of the cancelation. I was rushed off the phone very rudely.
