Friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Spacious, bright, and well-heated room. Good soundproofing on the windows. Comfortable bed. Correct breakfast. Very tasty homemade cakes. Sunny and very pleasant common areas to be in. Location close to the center, a short and pleasant walk through the beautiful streets of Ponta Delgada. Possibilities to park near the accommodation. As a suggestion: expand the range of savory products offered at breakfast and increase the frequency of (free) towel changes, given that, due to the humidity of the environment, the drying level between uses is slow and incomplete.
