You got to be little more accommodating with customer requests. Extended check outs when a customer has paid for 7 nights.

Poor soundproofing with considerable noise from neighboring rooms, and one staff member was particularly rude and unprofessional. His attitude was unnecessarily rude and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. However, after I reported the situation to the manager, she handled it exceptionally well. She listened, took the matter seriously and showed a genuinely professional and customer-focused attitude. Her response made a significant difference and, in our opinion, saved the overall experience.
