Always a great stay, the room had full kitchen and laundry washer drier setup, large comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff and great location to shops and restaurants. Views of the harbour and being off the main road make for quiet and peaceful surroundings. I always enjoy staying here

Last minute booking. Really happy with the room. It was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Slept like a rock! Late check in was flexible. Plenty of parking space. Shower was also good pressure with hot water. Thanks again!

The carpark out back needs an upgrade. Not ideal for you and your car if you are not a good driver or at parking in a tight spot lol lucky i am but still had to constantly look outside to make sure noone hit or scratched my car.. also restaurant was closed down

The location was good, had views of the water and lot of space. There was off street parking as well. The rooms are tidy and decent size. It was winter but the rooms were cozy and warm. There was daily room service. If I needed extra bedding or coffee etc, the staff were easy to get hold off and respond in a timely manner.

Apart from the wifi being a little weak in the bedroom (it was perfectly fine in the lounge), I can't think of anything else.
