Seemed a little out dated. Decking at pool was being repaired in parts, bar area up there was small and hot. Chairs stacked up, like they didn't want anyone there. Prices in restaurants and bars were the highest we had seen at any hotel in our travels. Curtains were no black out. Trouble with key in elevators, we weren't the only ones.

Didn’t realise the size to the hotel when booking, very big with 25 floors, a casino and cinema. Not my vibe a hotel but still very comfy and clean.

Rude staff at the check-in counter manager didn’t realise I understand Vietnamese and was talking very poorly about. He should not be in Managment Or customer service type roll. I didn’t catch his name but he was the manger in duty when checking out in the 30th at 6:30pm. Note this was my 5th stay at the hotel wint be returning unfortunately:

L’isolation n’est pas super, on entendait ce qu’il se passait dans les couloirs mais également le bruit des Klaxons incessants alors que nous étions au 20e Absence de savon près de la baignoire (uniquement dans la douche) et au niveau du lavabo.

le prix des restaurants dans l'hôtel. Excessif par rapport aux restaurants aux alentours. La prestation pour les ongles, cher par rapport à la qualité. La personne qui a fait les ongles pour ma compagne était très gentille mais elle manquait de savoir faire.
