I was in a room on the third floor without an elevator, and no staff member came to help me with my luggage, I did not find it correct, as the stairs are quite narrow
EVERYTHING. The staff was super attentive, there was water and drinks like teas and coffee available to take at reception, and they left a glass bottle that could be refilled in the room. I will repeat with them in the future, FOR SURE
