There was no power in the bedrooms when I arrived late. Had to call multiple people to help. Someone nailed something into the wall where I was sleeping for 4 hours from 8 am to 11. It was AWFUL. I was trying to rest before a long travel day. NOT something that anyone ever wants to hear when staying at a "hotel"
