Unfortunately, in front of the structure we found a mountain of trash outside the bins, which does not look good.
Beautiful room, located in a strategic position, with just half an hour by car you can reach the best places in the area. Staff really kind and friendly. We will definitely return!

The bathroom light was not working properly or was flickering, which forced us to wash in the dark, not practical for a 5 am airport departure...

Cramped, poorly cleaned shower head (mold?), with two people there is not much space to sit and have a drink, as there is only one chair.
The room looks very luxurious and the shower was also very nice! Had a good sleep in the bed and a nice TV with internet and Netflix.

Finding the main entrance was very difficult. Asked different people for help while we were actually looking at the right building all along. You have to go up a number of stairs, which I didn't know in advance and was difficult with the suitcases and my pregnancy. The air conditioning doesn't work well. It takes a long time to cool and all electricity goes out when you remove the card from the room. You can't cool the room when you're away. There was no free water upon arrival.

I like the decor of the room and the interior design of the bathroom with all its facilities. I liked that it had A/C and the most comfortable bed with the most comfortable pillows.

I didn’t like the surrounding of the room, you open the door and you are on the street which at night is not very welcoming 🙈 Also, no one answered my email, WhatsApp message, platform message until 17:00 next day (24h later) so if you have a query or a problem, don’t expect it to be sorted quickly.
