We were advised that parking was offsite at Wilsons Eureka. Parked there and got ticket as advised. Staff member on Adina check in counter said parking was $40 for the period of our stay. Advised that we could pay/validate our ticket at check out or just pay on exit on the carpark and that price would be the same. We chose to pay at exit of carpark. We were charged $135 for less than 24 hours in the carpark. I could not reverse or turn around to fix the problem as there were cars lined up behind me at the exit. This is absolutely not acceptable. If a hotel is going to use an offsite parking facility, you need to provide correct information. We will not stay at Adina in the future when we have a vehicle. Also there was no soap in the bottle in the shower.

No iron in the room. Only ironing board but wonky. Took time for it to be delivered and burned my clothes. Some staff more friendly than others.
