The switch from the upper to the lower shower did not work in our room. The button was torn out. They promised to fix it the next day, but we never saw any repairmen. Clearly, the problem has been existing for a while, but for some reason, it is not being resolved.

If you go by car, the streets are very narrow and it is difficult to drive

The only plus was that it was close to important points of the city and that the hotel staff we dealt with was nice - everything else was a minus.

The soundproofing in the room is very poor. When we took the room, it said the spa was included. In the end, in the evening, my wife and I went to the spa. The sauna was turned off, and it was dirty around the pool. I wanted to contact the reception, but I couldn't find anyone there.
