The parking behind the hotel (for a fee). The location, not central, but with bus and tram stops 2 minutes away. The presence of several supermarkets.

The lack of daily cleaning, unusual for a 4-star hotel. Having to open the sofa bed for the third person. It would have been better if they had done it, they would have spared us from seeing the poor condition of the mattress, stains of various kinds.
