Check-in was not possible at the time indicated by Booking. Room service only comes in the afternoon when you return from an excursion. The rooms are very noisy. The sauna area is already in use at 6 a.m. as it is partially outdoors under the balconies, making it impossible to sleep. The reception is not staffed at that time. There are better hotels for the money.

The apartment, although pleasant, could use a refresh: presence of black marks in the shower, damaged floor, slightly small and squeaky bed. The taxi that had been reserved the day before at the reception to take us to the airport at 05:15 did not show up. Fortunately, we called a manager who handled the situation. However, this caused unnecessary stress that could have been avoided.
