The bedding in the bedroom is not clean, I don't think it changes after the guest leaves because the bedding is not clean, but the rest is fine

All night until 3:30 AM, very loud music. I couldn't sleep. Went to reception to ask/complain about the loud music very late. The receptionist said there is a disco and this should be considered "normal". Towels are very dirty, circles of dirt are very visible on the towels. How is booking.com listing such places? Can we trust your listings?
