Lack of information and assistance from some staff to find a medical clinic even though you have been very ill for 2 days, they give you a QR code and figure it out yourself, and the price is twice as expensive for a video consultation than seeing a doctor in person. We had to search and move around Tokyo on our own even with little energy to move, and the restaurants rush you a bit to order and you need time to translate Japanese or serve you the starter and main course at the same time
