The hotel could use a refresh, it's showing its age, the tap in our bathroom was loose and flapping, a little worrying that it might come completely disconnected, as for the flat-screen TV? I would describe it as more of a large laptop screen with poor picture quality, when booking the hotel, the site showed food and dining, a bit of a shock to be informed at check-in that the hotel doesn't serve food (would have been nice to know before booking). An email was sent twice asking if they offered airport transfers, sadly we never got a response. However, the staff couldn't be more helpful with advice and arranging transport for us. If you don't mind a 15 to 20-minute walk, you will be in the center of Phuket Old Town with all the hustle and bustle this wonderful place has to offer. Okay, the burning question: would we rebook in the future? Yes, probably now we know what to expect.
