During breakfast my name was not found on the list for 3 consecutive days and it was so embarrrasing yet all my bookings included breakfast

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the chef at the breakfast and the waiter who went out of their way to ensure that breakfast was exactly how we wanted it.
