We could refill our water bottles there. They had various extra amenities like a gym, laundry room, and games (billiards, ping pong...)

We expected a better location, the neighborhood felt a bit strange. The water in the shower was not hot enough.

The room was clean; the staff was friendly; the breakfast itself was good; the location is great - depending on what you plan to do in Vienna.

Breakfast was pure chaos - anyone expecting to start the day with a cozy brunch is unfortunately in the wrong place: lack of space, dirty tables and benches, usually no cups/plates/glasses, coffee machine doesn't work half the time, and the buffet is only sporadically refilled or on demand; no milk substitutes (at least I probably overlooked it in the hustle and bustle). The food itself is good, the staff very friendly - the management fails on all levels. Regarding the room: there is a corner in the room that is very empty - a bit more storage space for suitcases or similar would have been desirable.

The rooms are more like a better youth hostel than a 4-star hotel, very spartan, the bathroom is very special without a shower cabin and with the equipment of a disabled toilet (at least in our room)
