Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The room was always very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and very convenient for getting around Seoul. We also really appreciated the Nespresso capsules that were replenished in our room every day, such a nice touch! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
