No shuttle bus provided. Problem as tram doesn't start until 5am and my flight meant I had to be there at 440

we had three BIG problems!! the room was very warm and wouldn't cool down. front desk tried to adjust it from there, no change. then maintenance man came to clean the filter. no change again. very uncomfortable sleeping. also the divertor between the shower and hand held shower was jammed and the hand held couldn't be used. lastly.....the sink didn't drain, and filled to the top. Upon checking out we requested a partial refund. We were told that they couldn't authorize it, but we feel we are owed a partial refund for the problems we encountered!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was very smooth. They also kindly assisted with booking a taxi to FLR early in the morning when I was leaving.

Room lights and temperature difficult to manage, especially in the bathroom. The staff was inflexible polite but inflexible.
