In the 'low' season, the hotel beach has nothing to do with the photos shared here. The beach faces the Atlantic and therefore the waters are far from being crystal clear. In addition, they were full of seaweed. We used the beach only once for 1 hour and gave up. The hotel food is also not amazing. The staff is very friendly but, in general, they are always expecting a tip/gratuity - they ask directly. The main buffet cannot handle the number of guests in the hotel. Every day there are lines to eat - I remind you that we went in the low season...

The experience with the butler was a bit uncomfortable, as he invited us to a supposed breakfast with a brief chat, without explaining beforehand that it was a presentation to offer us to become part of a membership program. We understood it would be a special breakfast as part of our stay. Finally, the presentation lasted about 3 hours, making us lose an important part of our time and affecting our plans. We believe that this type of invitations should be explained more transparently from the beginning. We were also offered a tour to Coco Bongo at the hotel. The experience was good, but it would have been better to receive clearer instructions about the meeting point and the exact place of return to the hotel. At the end, I arrived early at the indicated point and did not find the transportation, so I had to take a taxi on my own. Apart from this situation, everything was very good and we enjoyed our stay very much. The rest of the attention and the experience were satisfactory.
