The property is beautiful although a bit impersonal, but in line with this kind of accommodation. We experienced some unpleasant occasions such as maintenance works at the swimming pool during the daytime and an awkward situation with the Kampachi’s staff during our dinner there (we were with some friends dining at Kampachi restaurant within the property and digital payments were allegedly out of service, so the staff asked to charge all the bill to our room in front of our friends - it was so embarrassing). I would expect the staff to be more professional for this kind of 5-star hotel.
