A reasonable coffee machine in the breakfast room should be able to be provided by a hotel of this category. Cheap powdered coffee for breakfast just doesn't fit. But I also have to emphasize: whenever we asked, they brought us an espresso from the bar. That made it acceptable for us 🙂
The booked apartment was very large, which was very practical with children. Since we were only there for the weekend, it suited us. We wouldn't have felt very comfortable for a longer stay. Also, the hotel reacted very positively to my request and arranged birthday decorations for my son (of course, for a fee). I found that very nice.

The hotel has four stars, which it doesn't deserve. The breakfast might be equivalent to a three-star hotel. I chose the hotel because of the spa area, but it's closed. Apparently, this is common in Sarajevo now, as there are many guests from Muslim countries here, and they don't want to expose them to that. Which I find very unfortunate, because there are also other guests. After all, I choose a hotel and pay for it. Maybe booking.com should mention that. The water in the bathroom was very erratic, changing between ice-cold and scalding hot while showering. But we were only there for two nights and coped with it. Cleanliness is not taken very seriously either; my sons wore white socks, which turned black on the soles after half an hour. The next day, they said there were no small towels or floor mats. It seems as if the house/management/staff doesn't quite meet the requirements of the four stars.
