Brand new and modern hotel in the center of Querétaro. Quality services, very welcoming staff. The restaurant offers truly delicious dishes and cocktails.

No shower head and very slippery tiles in the shower and bathroom. Construction work started in the neighboring building during our stay without us being informed. Hammering from 8am to 6pm echoing in all rooms. No compensation was offered.
The room photos are identical, small but cozy boutique hotel. The terrace is very nice and the food is delicious. Exceptional location. There was no hairdryer and the staff kindly got me one.

There were blackout curtains, however, the bathroom had a window and the bathroom door was transparent so there was no blackout, a lot of light came in.
Amazing location, beautiful design, amazing food and drinks, super clean rooms. The beds are comfy and the pillows are great! The overall hotel design is beautiful and they provide good quality soaps, etc. in the rooms.
