Location, location, location! Right next to Ha'penny bridge, on the other side of the river from Temple Bar, meaning it was quiet enough to rest and get a good nights sleep but it was also a walking distance to the most important places, including Trinity College and Temple Bar. Staff was great and very helpful. The room was spacious, the kitchenette well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We especially asked for a quiet room and we got it. Bathroom was nice and clean. Gym was small but cozy and had enough equipment.

When we got to the room the trash bon was full of waste after the previous guests but this has been fixed immediately after we reported it. There was also a loooooot of dust bunnies under the bed, might be good to vacuum there - but we only noticed because we needed to pick somehithing up that we dropped under the bed. Other than that there is really nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, there are no power outlets in the bathroom and the light in the room as well as in the bathroom is a bit too dim. I found it somewhat strange that the courtyard was filled with music around 5:30 in the morning. Our rooms faced the courtyard and were quite warm, despite the air conditioning. It was quite noisy early in the morning.

The bad thing was the room cleaning which is not provided for below one week reservation and with the high price of the hotel this is not acceptable
