Very modern hotel with a cozy and comfortable vibe. The room was surprisingly spacious by Japan standards, with individually controlled AC, a great view from the window, and a very quiet atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated having a fridge and a modern TV with Netflix. The hotel also has convenient facilities downstairs, including a vending machine, microwave, and washing machine. I didn’t personally use them, but it’s great to have them available. Another big plus is the area itself. There are so many places nearby to eat, grab coffee, and explore, so you’re never short of options.

Honestly, nothing significant. The only minor downside is that it’s a bit of a walk from Osaka Station, although I knew this before booking. It wasn’t a major issue for me, especially with so many restaurants and cafés nearby.

Kindness and helpfulness of the staff with a lot of attention to a problem for my unfortunately fallen cell phone, I must say really great. The structure is in a good position near the metro, a fairly large room for Japanese standards, always present in the common areas skin care bathroom products coffee tea water, really a nice convenience. Recommended

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable. I loved the Japanese breakfast!. The staff is also very friendly.

The laundry and smoking area where the space is not very large compared to the number of people who can be in the hotel but it remains sufficient for what is done there.
