The people who run the accommodation are very friendly. The location is good, although it is true that it is necessary to climb many stairs or a steep slope to access.

The furniture is very old. One night there were strong gusts of wind and it was impossible to sleep because the window was broken, could not be closed completely, and the blows were terrible. In my case, the room faced the street, there were no shutters (only a very thin and transparent curtain), which is very uncomfortable because there is no privacy.

A normal and ordinary room, has a refrigerator and air conditioning. Comfortable bed, but had single sheets (in a double bed they put two small sheets, each person covered themselves with one) and no blanket. The hostess was nice, we could leave our luggage there after check out. We had no problems regarding the payment of the room nor did we have to pay twice as I saw in previous reviews.

The shower water leaked into the rest of the bathroom, wetting the entire floor. There was no shampoo or shower gel, we had to shower with hand soap. Small sheets and no blanket (it was summer, but just one night there was a storm and it was a bit cold).

EVERYTHING WENT WRONG. To start, our plane landed in the city at midnight, so when making the reservation I informed the landlady to take it into account and she said there was no problem. When we arrived, after ringing a thousand doorbells of surrounding buildings because the portal number was not specified well and there were many with the same letter, all the lights were off and no one opened the door. We spent over two hours ringing the doorbell at night alone on the street and no one answered us on the phone, on the Booking chat, or by email... We started looking for hotels in the area to spend the night because it was early morning. After insisting a lot with the doorbell, the landlady came out half asleep and angry telling me that we had woken her up... Excuse me??? She knew perfectly well that our flight was arriving late and she had not given us any trouble. When she opened, we saw that it was a small living room with two rooms and she lived in one of them with another man, who was coming in and out in an undershirt. Our bathroom had no hot water because the boiler was not working and we could not shower. I told her and she also took it badly. She let me shower in the outside shower, which was hers, and told me I had 5 minutes on the clock. In addition, she scolded me because she said that the face towels she had given us had makeup residues from when we washed our faces and that we could only use them to wash our hands. IT WAS SURREAL!!

even though the outside temperature was high, one of the people was sick and wanted an extra blanket, which was denied to us. even though the air conditioning in the room was turned off.
