Administration not ok. Standing order not to give guest cutleries to eat if the food is not bought from them. Elevator not working while we are on 3rd floor.

Room was not the one from the photos that we booked. Price was also not as indicated on booking.com. Booked a room for two people and only received one breakfast. Airport transfer was included in the booking but there was no transfer.
