The breakfast was cold. The shower wasn't sealed around the door, so water went all over the floor constantly.
It was so very clean from the reception right up to the room. The staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I stayed here to attend a concert in the 3 arena and it literally could not have been a better place to stay for this. It is right next door to the arena, the luas is also outside the door (which goes to the train station), along with a little shopping center and multiple shops and places to eat. Breakfast was also included with loads to choose from! Such great value considering everything! Highly recommend!

Everything was impeccable. The room, with its integrated but separate kitchen, was an excellent choice. Everything was very clean, bright, and everyone was very attentive, especially María Laura Zambrano. :)

Cleanliness! There were still hairs in the shower. The dishes were not clean. In the dining area, there were food stains on the walls. In one of the bedrooms, there was a clipped toenail.
