Staff mostly extremely nice, only rather dismissive upon arrival and the first impression was unwelcoming. It did not prove to be true, but caused uncertainty at the beginning.

It could have been excellent in everything if it weren't for the hotel fire alarm going off at 1 am due to a malfunction, and all guests had to leave their rooms and go to the reception. I was accommodated on the 25th floor of 27 floors and we had to descend. Chaos, but luckily it was not a fire in the hotel.
