Room curtains not thick enough for early morning sunlight. Floor has no carpet, not so comfortable to step on with bare feet.

This hotel was amazing; we extended our stay twice. The location is great, the view from the room facing the sea is breathtaking, especially for sunrise. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast is incredible with so many choices. The food and beverage manager, I think his name was Khan, was so welcoming every day for breakfast, he was warm and accommodating, and wanted to make sure everyone was happy. He was really classy, and the staff really delivered a high standard. The rooftop pool was stunning.

Although the staff were exceptional, sadly, there was one member of staff that really made our stay uncomfortable, and that was Kim who works at the front door and around reception. He persistently tried to offer us excursions and rent bikes off the books, at times we really felt pressured as every day he would ask us what we were doing and offered an excursion, a driver, or a bike rental. This made things very awkward for us as he was clearly trying to do this under the table. After a few days of pestering, he became very cold, and things got even more uncomfortable for us each time we passed the lobby. His warm smile quickly turned cold, and he often glared angrily. I think the hotel should do something about this; to be fair, we could have reported this to the relations manager, but we felt intimidated by the staff member. Other than that, the hotel is amazing.
