It was close to everything; transportation and restaurants. On the first floor there is a café and it was quite convenient. It was a safe area. The staff was also very friendly. There is also a TV and local channels, which I liked.

The cleanliness of the sofa, curtains, and some walls. They were quite dirty, had stains or stuck toilet paper. I didn't sit on the sofa because it disgusted me. A deep cleaning rather than superficial would be good.
