I got a power cut in my room with no one in reception to help me. However, when the receptionist did turn up she was very helpful. I had problems with the TV also.

In the evening just before 9 pm there was a knock on my door. Stayed in room 13. I asked who it was but no answer. I knocked back but no answer. Someone walked away, it was heard. Very unpleasant. Found the number to the reception. A woman answered. I told her what had happened and was told that they wanted to know if I was inside. Why? And if so, why did the person walk away when I asked who it was?
