The mattresses on the beds are memory foam and very soft. I felt like falling into a hole. The pool is very small, but nice for a dip.

Fantastic apartment right in the center of Madrid. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was delightful for a refreshing dip, and the 24-hour reception was very pleasant. Although the official check-in was at 3:00 PM, we were able to occupy our room at 12:00 PM, which was a nice surprise.

During our stay, one of the elevators was out of order, so we sometimes had to wait a bit longer. Otherwise, we didn't really experience any noteworthy negatives.
