Wow!!! What an amazing trip my husband and I had visiting Banff and staying in the Fairmont Gold in Banff Springs. The staff truly roll out the red carpet and made a very memorable experience. The food was great and the spa was lovely!

From the incredible mountain views, lovely room, breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres, friendly, service oriented staff, Banff will forever be a beautiful memory. My partner and I stayed on the 5th Floor Fairmont Banff Springs Gold Floor View. This was the very best experience. Access to a Full Lounge with Breakfast and Dinner items and access to drinks and snacks throughout the day. Comfy rooms, wonderful beds! Very helpful, friendly and attentive Gold Floor Staff. We had lunch, dinner and afternoon tea at the Hotel’s dining rooms. Excellent Food, Service and Ambience. Wonderful! The Hotel is clean and tidy, and while a huge Hotel there’s lots of signs for direction. We enjoyed a couples’ massage as well as several swims in a well maintained pool. Overall, an excellent, 5 Star Hotel!

The property and staff are fantastic. Our one BIG issue was the strong rose-scented fragrance that is piped into the hallways and possibly our room too. The fragrance is very strong and overwhelming. My wife had a headache after about an hour in the room. We had to ask for an air filter unit and to keep the room window open soe several hours to make it tollerable. Bathroom products have the same scent.
