There is no functional restaurant in the hotel. No room service. The breakfast is being served at a makeshift arrangement in the basement, which appears like a dungeon with the AC seldom switched on, and it is by a third party and not the hotel management. You need to rely on apps like Swiggy for your food. The housekeeping team forgets basic things like replenishing towels, water in the room, and needs reminders. Other than the location, this hotel needs to improve a lot.

Bathrooms are very small. Bathroom accessories are available on demand. No restaurant. Even morning bed tea is not provided on request. No kit for tea. I had paid, which is not value for money.
