I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the kind receptionist upgraded my studio apartment to a two-bedroom apartment with a view of the Burj Khalifa, completely free of charge. This was certainly not necessary since I was traveling alone, but I really appreciated the gesture, especially considering that I was staying for 10 days. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, with a large kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, drying rack, and everything else needed for a comfortable stay. They also provided washing machine capsules every day, so there was no need to purchase any myself. They even helped me print some documents free of charge, although this is not a service they normally offer to guests. I really appreciated them going out of their way to help me, so thank you for that. The internet connection was excellent, and the gym was also very good for a hotel, with all the equipment needed for a full-body workout. The location is another big advantage. The hotel is only about 100 meters from a metro station, which is extremely convenient for anyone planning to use public transportation. Breakfast was generally good, with a decent variety of options. The only thing I felt was missing was more non-fried protein options. However, you can order anything that is available on that day's menu at any time, which is a nice touch. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. The kitchen team was particularly friendly and helpful, as were the housekeeping team and reception staff. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again.
