a handful of things that stood out with this property: considerably closer to downtown Aspen than I had imagined. Amazing patio, fully furnished, with room for 25 guests if necessary. Fully functional kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and pans. Four full-sized bedrooms was a pleasant surprise. Fireplace and firepit are even appreciated in the summer, as the nights are still crisp. Lastly, excellent communication between property owners and ourselves.
