We booked a 1-night stay in a studio flat, but the check-in process was long and frustrating. After finally receiving our access code, we entered the property only to find other guests already occupying it—they had been given the exact same code. When we contacted the owner, he offered no explanation for the double-booking and simply moved us into a 4-person room with a bathroom instead. We later messaged him to ask for clarification and a proper explanation for why our accommodation was switched, but he completely ignored our message and never apologized for the massive inconvenience.

Strong smell of bleach upon our arrival that was hard to get rid of, it was very unpleasant. And very strong sewer smells coming from the shower during the night.

When we entered, they also provided us with tea and coffee bags to make with the kettle. Olbia city center easily reachable, 5 minutes on foot. It is about a 10-minute drive from the airport. Many supermarkets nearby to reach by car.

Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a real private parking. You have to park on the street and many parking spaces are paid. At certain times, there is no parking available (I'm talking about August). I recommend the free parking near the Liceo (5 minutes on foot). We found some dust on the bedside tables. I suggest paying more attention to that area.

I didn't like that I spent almost a month trying to communicate with them for different reasons and questions and they didn't respond even though they read my messages. It wasn't until we were in the room and I wrote to them already upset about the situation that they started to respond to us.
