Encore apartments is perfectly located within Broadbeach. The apartments are modern with full kitchen, laundry and reliable daily servicing. Reception is friendly and accommodating. We would stay again without hesitation.

The beds are a little too firm but apparently mattress toppers are due to be installed shortly.

the new building being built in front of it was too noisy and not enough privacy. Could have given us a higher floor to have a view

Good location. Quiet area. Great unit layout. Very clean. Good parking system. Receptionist is very kind and organised. She needs to get a salary raise.

One of the unit’s master bedroom has missing blinds and we can’t use the bathroom unless we cover it with cloth or turning the lights off to maintain privacy.
