Location is 10 minutes drive from the city so if you don’t rent a car you have to take a taxi which are not cheap.

Receptionist Rau I don't know anymore I shorten her name she was great throughout our check-in clean room okay it was a bit far but no problem beautiful view of the lagoon CH 256 the staff at the bar welcoming and friendly even if you order a cocktail at 10 pm they won't complain or show any signs of closing soon otherwise very beautiful hotel

Breakfast we are used to being well received even if you are a resident the hostess welcoming but the waitresses I don't know but need to be reviewed I know it was full but when you have your breakfast and you hear the cutlery or chairs being pushed with the foot by the waitress it's not a good point of view and even when the client next to you hadn't finished his sentence the waitress left which surprised the client about the friendliness of the staff when you go back to get more food and you see plates piled up on your table even if they are set aside it doesn't clear up I don't know if they were short-staffed but they need to review all this because the high season is starting but otherwise the breakfast place is beautiful well located it was just the little thing about the service otherwise the rest etc... was good

Bellman put us in the wrong taxi (without verifying our details); we asked him numerous times to confirm and he didn’t. Our sliding door wouldn’t lock, and we were on the ground floor. And we had a lizard in our room. The managers didn’t try to fix the door, and we just got tired of complaining about the lizard. There wasn’t much help. Our rental car was hit by another car and the managers refused to give us footage claiming they didn’t have visual of the parking area (we parked in the front, near the gates) which was hard to believe. We got sick from one of the restaurants; a bout of diarrhea. Pool area was surprisingly VERY slippery, our daughter slipped and fell on her face…and no one bothered to ask if she was ok. We went for a walk around the area and was closely followed by a drunk homeless woman who really made us feel unsafe. No one at the hotel warned us about the homelessness nearby. We won’t be staying here again. We expected better from the Hilton brand. They’ll lower the bill at the end, so you don’t leave a bad review…but don’t care to go above and beyond to make it a special trip (even if you tell them you are there for your 10 year anniversary)
