Location was excellent. All staff really helpful and arranged a late check out for us. Some really nice sweet touches like providing a bookmark for the book on my bedside table & glasses cleaning cloth.

We found the prices for breakfast a bit high, early check-in also costs, but the paid "Late-Check Out" is already at 2 pm.
I dined at Abrielle twice and thoroughly enjoyed their European-style cuisine. Great ambience, and impeccable service from the staff. Regarding my room, I was pleasantly surprised to find L'Occitane products in the bathroom, and fluffy robes in the closet

Pulling up in my car at the hotel on busy W. King, tram tracks prevented me from stopping there to ask concierge for directions to the parking garage. As it turns out, the hotel only offers valet parking. Thankfully, I found a public parking garage right around the corner on Peter Street.
Very well located hotel close to many sites to visit. Close to metro station. Beautiful rooms. Everything is very clean. Attentive staff. An added bonus is the well-appreciated pool after a day of sightseeing. We were able to leave our luggage on the day of departure.

The $3.50 charge per person in a four-star hotel for bottled water that was left in the room. Seems a bit mean. No kettle to make tea or no tea bags provided. Only coffee
